Breck

Breck is a stunning 18-20 yo Rocky Mountain gelding standing at 14.3hh. His gait is so smooth and his mane is *the* most beautiful we have had. When we first got him in he was timid. Truly, we don't believe he has had many kind hands interact with him. He wouldn't hurt a fly but has taken time gaining that softness that comes from knowing trust and love. He would make a really great family trail horse for someone who wants to provide a forever home for him. We recognize that sometimes riders "outgrow" their horse and need to find a new horse to fit their growing needs/interests/desires. Breck needs someone who isn't going to do that, or if you do, you still have the desire and capability to keep, love, and ride him! We think he deserves all the special treats and pampering he can get. Corey has taken to Breck, and has really enjoyed having him to ride. I asked Corey to tell me a bit about Breck and this is what he had to say: "I'd probably say he's for sure a good ride. Sometimes he can be a little bit stubborn, definitely a beginner type horse because he's easy to handle, he's slow, he's safe. He'll ride out on his own and he's fun to jump on bareback to go ride. He takes the bit pretty good and he'll pick up his feet good. He has a nice gait and a good collected lope. Overall, for sure the horse I'd jump on bareback and go riding alone; I like him a lot."
